I ♥ Riga
















For those of you who don’t know – I come from Latvia, a small country in northern Europe. I don’t go home often but when I do I get homesick…  I went back last summer and went picture crazy in Riga (our capital). I looked at things with different eyes and tried to catch up with all therecent changes that have taken place. Sorry for the picture overload but it really wasn’t easy for me to choose the photos for this post! Now I shall let them talk... xx

  4. I've always wondered where you were from! You mention your move to the UK often, but not so much where you moved from :) I've never been to Lativa but from what you've shared here, Riga looks like an absolutely beautiful place. I don't go home often, either - even less so now that I'm living in Europe - and I actually think it helps me to have more of an appreciation for where I came from because I don't see it very often :)

  5. Absolutely amazing photos, that brought back memories. I visited Riga couple years ago with my mum, and really loved the short trip. :) That blue restaurant with cow paintings was next to our hotel Justus, actually!
